At WKU K1 South Africa, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience for all of our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping orders placed through our website www.k1sa.co.za

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping throughout South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 11AM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods, and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order via the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to valid physical addresses in South Africa.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@k1sa or call +27 71 990 3628 as soon as possible.

  • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Note: Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any issues within 5 days. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for compensation.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, and additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange your items.

10. Public Holidays & Delays

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or public holidays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these factors may impact the delivery times.
