At WKU K1 South Africa, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following refund and return policy in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

1. Consumer Rights
As a consumer in South Africa, you are entitled to the following rights under the Consumer Protection Act:

The right to a full refund if the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described.

The right to return goods if you change your mind, under certain conditions (see section 4 below).

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (with all tags and packaging intact).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers)

Items that are personalized or made to order

Downloadable digital products (e.g., software, e-books)

Opened hygiene products (e.g., skincare, beauty products)

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at admin@k1sa or call us at +27 71 990 3628 with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

4. Refund Process
Once your return has been approved and the item has been received in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, we will notify you of any additional payment required or refund due.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is faulty or damaged.

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the following items:

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)

Opened or used personal hygiene products

8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
